Salem Hardy Plant Society Membership Information

Thank you for your interest in becoming a new member, or renewing your current membership, in the Salem Hardy Plant Society.  Dues are $30 per household or business for one calendar year (January 1 – December 31). Dues may be paid at any time of the year.  New members who join between October 1 and December 31 will have their dues applied to both the remainder of the current year and the following year. 

SHPS publishes a directory of all its paid members, both individual households and businesses.  To have your name/business included in the directory, your dues need to be paid by January 15. If you have a plant-related business that you would like included in the directory, please complete the “Business” portion of this form.  

You have two choices for becoming a member - you can fill out the form below and click on the submit button to send the form when finished. You will then need to come back to this page and click on the buy now button which will take you to paypal to complete the transaction. (We need both pieces, the form as well as the payment.)

                        First, click on the submit button, then proceed to paypal (Buy Now) to complete the application. 

The second method is to copy and paste this form below into a blank word processing document and print it out. Complete the form and either send it to the address listed along with your check, or bring the completed form and money to one of our monthly meetings. (We also have copies of the form at our meetings for you to fill out as well.)

Please make checks payable to:  SHPS in the amount of $30.00 (If you would like a paper copy mailed to you, please add $6.00 for postage.)
